Arms of George III
Painted wood panel with Royal coat of arms of George III flanked by a lion and a unicorn
This painted panel is thought to have belonged to Admiral Jervis and to have been on his flagship, HMS Victory, at the battle of St Vincent in 1797. It was later displayed within the 'old' Marten Library at Eton College.
