To His Royal Highness the Prince Regent This Print, as commemorating the result of the persevering persistence of Great Britain to the Ambition of Napoleon and as exhibiting one of the immediate and most important consequences of the Victory of Waterloo is with His Royal Highness's gracious permission humbly and respectfully dedicated by His Royal Highness's most faithful and devoted servant, Charles Lock Eastlake'
