The location for this work at Eton College is given as 'Lupton's Chapel, E wall' in 'Buckinghamshire' by Nikolaus Pevsner, Elizabeth Williamson and Geoffrey K. Brandwood, published 1994, p.305
A report on the completion of the 1905 Boer War Memorial project, which involved redesigning the east end of College Chapel, included:
"By kind permission of the Provost, in whose Lodge it was [previous five words crossed through], a picture of the "Presentation in the Temple," by Benjamin West, has been hung for approval on the East wall of the Chantry." [From manuscript ref: MISC/EMF/10]
