Comments
Born 1743, eldest son of Cosmo George, third Duke of Gordon, and succeeded his father as fourth Duke, 1752. Entered Eton, June 26th, 1758 (with his brothers, Lord William and Lord George Gordon) (Mrs. Elly's) ; left 1760. Died 1827. (Sat for Reynolds March, 1761. Paid for March 24, 1761, Duke of Gordon, £10 10s.; and 1761, Duke of Gordon, £1010s.)
