'A Georgian costume of blue velvet worn ceremoniously at Eton College, known as the Montem Suit. Comprising: bonnet with white ostrich feather, white silk waistcoat with velvet cloak, knee length silk breeches with blue gussets, waistbelt and lace crevat. With this Lot is an oil painting on framed panel of the vendor's ancestor wearing this costume. painted with a little artistic licence. (I.E. no gussets in bonnet on actual costume). GC.'
