The declaration of the Lords and Commons of Parliament assembled at Oxford according to His Majesties proclamation, concerning their endeavours since they came thither for the peace of the kingdom, and the reasons enforcing their absence from Westminster: Charles R. Our expresse pleasure is, that this declaration of the Lords and Commons of Parliament assembled at Oxford, be read by the Parson, Vicar, or Curate, in every church and chappell within our kingdom of England and dominion of Wales. March. 19. 1643.

The imprint is false; a London counterfeit. Can be distinguished from Oxford original by italic colon after "Westminster" in line 12 of title, and comma after "Vicar" in royal order--cf Madan.
