The resolutions, memorial, and vouchers of their High Mightinesses, shewing, that the States-General of the United Provinces are wrongfully charg'd (by the Resolutions or Votes of the House of Commons of the Parliament of Great Britain, and by the Address of that House, presented on the Subject to her British Majesty) with having fail'd in several respects during the Course of this present War, to furnish what they ought of their quota or contingent, according to their engagements.

The verso of the first leaf following p. 19, which is numbered 12, is headed: "No. 6", and entitled: 'Estimate of the subsidys annually granted by Parliament, so as the same are paid to foreign princes, in pursuance of the treatys made with them, since the beginning of this war.' The text is printed sideways on this and the following recto of the second unnumbered leaf. It is signed: H. St. John, and asserts that England's allies were profiting financially at her expense during the war of the Spanish Succession; an idea presented to Queen Anne in March 1712 by Saint John's political allies (DNB).
