Quæ cur in calcem operis translata sint, & quid pro hac traiectione repositum sit, ex epistolam ad lectorem patet. Vita Platonis à Diogene Laertio copiosissimè descripta: item pereruditum Timæi Locri opusculum (quo Latina exemplaria carebant) aliàque plurima non contemnenda, huic editioni accesserunt. Adiectus est index rerum omnium locupletissimus.
