Sammelband. 17th-century brown panelled calfskin over pasteboard. Double blind fillet along the border of both covers. Spine with five raised bands, decorated with gilt fillets, now faded; gilt titling with decorated roll over red label ('Spenser's Works'). Single endbands with alternating plain and red thread. Textblock untrimmed, flat, and dyed red. Endpapers of undecorated wove paper; three flyleaves at upper end of textblock, one at the lower end.
Bound with three other items, shelfmarks Gn.1.04(01)-(04): (1) The Faerie Queene, (2) The Shepherd's Calendar, (4) Colin Clout's Come Home Again.
