Contemporary Oxford dark brown calf; blind tooled triple fillet intersecting frames; two further frames of rolls with arabesques, flowers and the date 1537 (Gibson VII and IX); blind tooled single fillet on board edges; blind tooled single fillet on spine; six raised bands; manuscript pastedowns (Ker 495, 12th century copy of Augustine in Genesim contra Manichaeos).
