Valuation and schedule for dilapidations for F. W. Dobbs end of tenancy. Includes signed and sealed lease agreement for tenancy between the College and Major Le G. G. W. Horton Fawkes for Baldwins End. Extensions to back yard. (1934)
Correspondence with Horton Fawkes concerning: extension of central heating plan, upgrade of kitchen and installation of gas cooker. (1938)
Issues raised by Horton Fawkes: damp in study, blocked gullies, and broken seal on sink. Asks for replacement of window panes broken due to ‘vibrations of a year ago’, told that window for war damage claims is closed. (1941)
Rev F. H. H. Clark informed his back door is used as a way into Brew House Yard after the locking of the main gate. Notice by Works Department for the need to clean boilers and cylinders on site. Letter to Horton Fawkes concerning subsequent incorrect use of boiler by housekeeper, Mrs Davis. (1942)
