Correspondence concerning rent and repairs with M.N. Forrest (46-47). Correspondence with R.D.F. Wild after concerns about the ceasing of use of the house by masters after P. Hazell, due to sharing of garden fence with Colenorton and possibility of being heard over the fence by them. (1949) Report by Works Department on state of housing prior to being used by staff. (1951) Letter stating that there are no plans to pull down Common Gate Cottage where A.J. Marsden’s cook lives. (1959).
