Copy indenture between 1: Sir Thomas Reeve, Lord Chief Justice and Richard Mead, Doctor of Physick, Executors of Richard Topham of Windsor and 2: Provost and Fellows.
All Topham's books, prints and drawings "which he had collected with great care and expense" to be deposited in the library of the Provost and Fellows upon the trust that they shall be carefully preserved and kept, according to the intent expressed in the codicil to Topham's will. The executors to have the right to inspect the books once a year to ensure the terms are being met.
