Bond of Thomas Thorne of Uxbridge in the sum of £4. The condition is that he has undertaken for 33s 4d to make "certeyne wheles and other implementes and necessaries of iron and stele" for the repair of the clock, and to make the said clock "good and serviceable (as a newe clocke)" before 8 February and so for 20 years, and also for 20 years for the fee of 10s p.a. to mend the clock within 6 days
