Bond of William Yeare of Reading, bell founder, in £40. Condition: for £6 6s 8d Yeare to recast the third bell of the ring now in the 'steple or belfrie' of the College and make it 'tuneable and serviceable' to the rest of the bells and of the same weight and goodness of metal within half a hundredweight of the bell now to be broken up by 26th August, and guarantee the new bell will remain tuneable and without flaw for a year and a day after rehanging.
