Memorial of indenture of lease, pursuant to the Act to grant building leases, from the Provost and Fellows of Eton to Thomas Mortin, of a piece of land in Haverstock Hill plus buildings in the occupation of Eneas Macdonald for 99 years, at £11 5s. Signed, sealed and witnessed. Inrolled on the 20 December 1841 at the High Court of Chancery.
