Memorial of indenture of lease, pursuant to the Act to grant building leases, from the Provost and Fellows of Eton to James Grieves, of a piece of land in Haverstock Hill plus buildings for 99 years at £2 5s for the first three years, £18 thereafter. Signed, sealed and witnessed. Inrolled on the 8 January 1841 at the High Court of Chancery. With memorial of witness.
