Memorial of indenture of lease, pursuant to the Act to grant building leases, from the Provost and Fellows of Eton to John Sheppard, of a piece of land in Adelaide Road, Haverstock Hill plus buildings, for 99 years at £16 10s. Signed and witnessed. Inrolled on the 1 March 1842 at the High Court of Chancery. With memorial of witness.
