Memorial to be enrolled in the High Court of Chancery pursuant to an Act of Parliament "An Act to enable the Provost and College of Eton...to grant building leases of lands in the parishes of Hampstead and Marylebone" of an indenture of lease to Frank Clemow, Hotel Keeper, and Mary Ann Angell of land in Hampstead, with the 10 newly erected messuages built there, on Harley Road and Winchester Road for 99 years at £5 each. Witnesses: Thomas Batcheldor, registrar of Eton College, Richard Cope, clerk to Batcheldor. Enrolled: 18 October 1856. Plans and elevations drawn on memorial.
