Memorial to be enrolled in the High Court of Chancery pursuant to an Act of Parliament "An Act to enable the Provost and College of Eton...to grant building leases of lands in the parishes of Hampstead and Marylebone" of a indenture of lease to William Wynn of land in Hampstead, with the newly erected messuages built there, for 99 years at £12 10s for the first 5 years, then 18 for the remainder. Witnesses: Thomas Batcheldor, registrar of Eton College, William Humphris of New Windsor, innkeeper. Enrolled: 12 January 1843
