Memorial to be enrolled in the High Court of Chancery pursuant to an Act of Parliament "An Act to enable the Provost and College of Eton...to grant building leases of lands in the parishes of Hampstead and Marylebone" of a indenture of lease to Samuel Cuming of land in Hampstead, with the newly erected messuages built there numbered 1-8 St John's Villas and 27 Oakley Villas, for 95 years at £4 10s for each of St John's Villas and £4 for Oakley Villas. Witnesses: Thomas Batcheldor, registrar of Eton College, Richard Cope of New Windsor, clerk to Batcheldor. With plan of property drawn on memorial. Enrolled: 23 April 1858
