Memorial to be enrolled in the High Court of Chancery pursuant to an Act of Parliament "An Act to enable the Provost and College of Eton...to grant building leases of lands in the parishes of Hampstead and Marylebone" of an indenture of lease to Robert Yeo of land in Hampstead, to be a continuation of Adelaide Road, for 95 years at £57 for the first year, £117 for the second, and £141 thereafter. Witnesses: Thomas Batcheldor, registrar of Eton College, Clement Uvedale Price, solicitor. Enrolled: 13 October 1858.
