Memorial to be enrolled in the High Court of Chancery pursuant to an Act of Parliament "An Act to enable the Provost and College of Eton...to grant building leases of lands in the parishes of Hampstead and Marylebone" of an indenture of lease to Frank Clemow, Hotel Keeper, and Mary Ann Angell of land in Hampstead, with the newly erected messuages built there, for 94 years at a peppercorn for the first 2 years, £22 2s for the third year, £39 9s 4d for the fourth year and £56 16s 8d for the fifth year and £74 4s 3d thereafter. Witnesses: Thomas Batcheldor, registrar of Eton College, Clement Uvedale Price, Solicitor. Enrolled: 28 November 1859.
