Memorial to be enrolled in the High Court of Chancery pursuant to an Act of Parliament "An Act to enable the Provost and College of Eton...to grant building leases of lands in the parishes of Hampstead and Marylebone" of a indenture of lease to Robert Yeo of land in Hampstead, with the 7 newly erected messuages built there, on King's College Road for 93 years at £2 each. Witnesses: Thomas Batcheldor, registrar of Eton College, Richard Cope of New Windsor, clerk to Batcheldor. Enrolled: 8 March 1861. With pencil amendments for new lease.
