Memorial to be enrolled in the High Court of Chancery pursuant to an Act of Parliament "An Act to enable the Provost and College of Eton...to grant building leases of lands in the parishes of Hampstead and Marylebone" of an indenture of lease to Henry Harding Smith at the request of Mary Ann Angell of land in Hampstead, with the newly erected messuages built there, in Adelaide Road, for 91 years at £5 each. Witnesses: Thomas Batcheldor, registrar of Eton College, James Burton. Enrolled: 16 June 1862
