Memorial to be enrolled in the High Court of Chancery pursuant to an Act of Parliament "An Act to enable the Provost and College of Eton...to grant building leases of lands in the parishes of Hampstead and Marylebone" of an indenture of lease to William Cox of land in Hampstead, with the newly erected stables built there, in Adelaide Road, for 91 years at £5. Witnesses: Thomas Batcheldor, registrar of Eton College, James Burton. Enrolled: 16 June 1862
