Memorial to be enrolled in the High Court of Chancery pursuant to an Act of Parliament "An Act to enable the Provost and College of Eton...to grant building leases of lands in the parishes of Hampstead and Marylebone" of a indenture of lease to Mary Ann Angell of land in Hampstead, with the newly erected messuages built there, numbered 169, 171, 173, 175, 177, 179, 181 and 183 Adelaide Road, and 7-8 Winchester Road, for 89 years at £4 each for Adelaide and £10 each for Winchester Road. Witnesses: Thomas Batcheldor, registrar of Eton College, Richard Cope, clerk to Batcheldor. Enrolled: 3 May 1864
