Memorial to be enrolled in the High Court of Chancery pursuant to an Act of Parliament "An Act to enable the Provost and College of Eton...to grant building leases of lands in the parishes of Hampstead and Marylebone" of a indenture of lease to Robert Whitestone at the request of Samuel Cumming of land in Hampstead, with the newly erected messuages built there in Haverstock Hill, called Eton Lodge, for 99 years at £1. Witnesses: William Wyatt, solicitor, Michael Bryan, clerk to Thomas Batcheldor, registrar of Eton College. Enrolled: 31 May 1844
