Chalcots Counterpart Lease for a number of pieces or parcels of land for 16 years from Lady Day 1850, from the Provost and College of Eton to John Fenwick Wilkinson, for a yearly rent of three pounds fifteen shillings and merchantable wheat. Contains the details of the counterpart lease, a map of the area of Chalcots (close to Albert Road) with land already resumed, land subject to the power of resumption, exchanged with the crown, sold to the London and Birmingham Railway Company, wayside land not in this demise colour coded, and a reference list with each named piece of land given an ARP value. Signed, sealed and delivered with witnesses.
