Lease of land in Chalcots, in the Parish of Hampstead in the County of Middlsex, for16 years from Lady Day at 1850, from the Provost and College of Eton to John Fenwich Wilkinson. Summarises the various pieces or parcels of land that have either been resumed, given for resumption at Michaelmas 1846, that will be subject to the power of resumption, exchanged with the Crown, sold to the London and Birmingham Raiway Company, wayside land now to be demised to Mr Clarke and wayside land not in this demise. Provides a reference and street map, with the various lands included in this lease colour coded. Signed and sealed.
