Agreement between the Provost and College of Eton and James Fotheringham and Thomas Renton, which assigns to Fotheringham and Renton two pieces or parcels of land situated along Adelaide Road, in the Parish of St John, Hampstead, in the County of Middlesex, for the purpose of building on them. Accompanied by the details of the agreement and a street plan with the five pieces of land colured pink and labelled A and B. Signed, sealed and delivered with witnesses.
