Related to an agreement made on 29 September 1853 between the Provost and College of Eton, James Fotheringham and Thomas Renton, which assigned two pieces or parcels of land and building leases. Contains the details of the earlier agreement and the new agreement for assignment of contract. Signed, sealed and delivered with witnesses.
