Agreement for building leases, between the Provost and College of Eton and Mr Jacob Hibberd, granting Hibberd several pieces or parcels of land between Havestock Hioll, Church Road, Primrose Hill Road and Englands Lane on part of the Chalcots Estate in the Parish of St John, Hampstead, in the County of Middlesex, with the purpose of building on them. Contains the details of the agreement and a street plan, with the land included in the agreement coloured red, and labelled with letters. Signed, sealed and delivered with witnesses.
