Agreement between the Provost and College of Eton and the Reverend Edward Walford, where the Provost and College of Eton agrees to let and Walford agrees to take a piece or parcel of land near to Primrose Hill, in Hampstead in the County of Middlesex, with the purpose of building a church. Contains the details of the agreement and a small street plan, with the land included in the agreement coloured red. Signed, sealed and delivered with witnesses.
