Third agreement for building leases, between the Provost and College of Eton and Mr John George Bettinson, granting Bettinson several pieces or parcels of land along Fellows Road on part of the Chalcots Estate in the Parish of St John, Hampstead, in the County of Middlesex, with the purpose of building on them. Contains the details of the agreement and a street plan, with the land included in the agreement coloured pink and brown, and labelled with letters. Signed, sealed and delivered with witnesses.
