Agreement for building leases, made between the Provost and College of Eton and Thomas Welbourn and Frederick Welbourn. The Welbourn's have agreed to take several pieces or parcels of land along Primrose Hill Road and Ainger Road in the Chalcots Estate. Contains the details of the agreement and a street plan, with the land included in the agreement coloured red, and labelled with letters. Signed, sealed and delivered with witnesses.
