Duplicate agreement, between Eton College and Harewood Estates Company Limited, for building lease on a plot of land at corner of Eton Avenue, Hampstead. Eton agreed to demise to the company a piece of ground at the corner of Eton Avenue and Strathray Gardens for 99 years, with a yearly rent of £25 Accompanied by a floor plan of the planned building. Signed and sealed with witnesses.
