Draft lease from the Provost and College of Eton to William Willoughby of Wilds Estate for 18 years at £14 13s 4d, 616 gallons of wheat and 1296 gallons of malt, 24 sheep, and an additional £52 16s in lieu of land tax. Written over lease to John Langfield Burnard and John Seagram, who leased the estate in 1853 for 20 years.
