The lease commences on 29 September 1866, for the term of 98 years, expiring 29 September 1964, with a yearly rent of £12.10.0. Contains the details of the lease, and a plan and elevation of the property. 2nd agreement is written on the front of the lease in red. On the back of the lease, it is written that the lease counterpart is to be made for College on 5 December 1866.
