Draft lease of a messuage on the south side of Fellows Road, Hampstead, in the County of Middlesex, being the third house westward from Primrose Hill Road, from the Provost and College of Eton to Mr John George Bettinson. The lease commences on 29 September 1865, for the term of 99 years, expiring 29 September 1964, with a yearly rent of £15. Contains the details of the lease, and a plan and elevation of the property. 2nd agreement of 16 March 1866 is written on the front of the lease in red.
