Draft surrender of lease of a messuage on the north side of Fellows Road, in the Parish of Saint John Hampstead, in the County of Middlesex, from Mr Jacob Hibberd and his mortgages to the Provost and College of Eton. Contains the details of the surrender. Signed, sealed and delivered
Accompanied by the original draft lease, dated 14 March 1867, of a messuage on the north side of Fellows Road, Hampstead, in the County of Middlesex, being the house at the corner of Fellows Road and an intended new road near to Steeles Road, from the Provost and College of Eton to Mr Jacob Hibberd. The lease commences on 29 September 1866, for the term of 98 years, expiring 29 September 1964, with a yearly rent of £15. Contains the details of the lease, and a plan and elevation of the property. 3rd agreement is written on the front of the lease in red.
