Content description
Draft lease of a messuage on the north side of Fellows Road, Haverstock Hill, in the County of Middlesex, being the 8th house westward from the corner of Fellows Road and an intended new road near to Steeles Road, from the Provost and College of Eton to Mr Jacob Hibberd. The lease commences on 29 September 1866, for the term of 98 years, expiring 29 September 1964, with a yearly rent of £2. Contains the details of the lease, and a plan and elevation of the property. 3rd agreement is written on the front of the lease in red. An addition has been made to the lease by George Pownall, the surveyor to the Provost and College of Eton, which notes that the intended new road near to Steeles Road, referred to in the lease, has not been made, and has been abandoned. The messuage demised by this indenture is the fifth house east from Primrose Hill Road. Changed dated 5 May 1870.
