Draft lease of a messuage on the south side of Fellows Road, Haverstock Hill, in the County of Middlesex, being the 7th house westward from Primrose Hill Road, from the Provost and College of Eton to Mr John George Bettinson. The lease commences on 29 September 1866, for the term of 98 years, expiring 29 September 1964, with a yearly rent of £2. Contains the details of the lease, and a plan and elevation of the property. 2nd agreement of 16 March 1866 is written on the front of the lease in red.
Accompanied by a letter from the Provost and College of Eton and Mr Bettinson to George Pownall, dated 7 August 1867, regarding taking a drawing plan of 2 houses on the south side of Fellows Road, being the 7th and 8th from the corner of Primrose Hill Road for lease on skins for lease, which is to cost £10.10.0.
