Draft lease of a messuage on the south side of Fellows Road, Haverstock Hill, in the County of Middlesex, being the 10th house westward from Primrose Hill Road, from the Provost and College of Eton to Mr John George Bettinson. The lease commences on 29 September 1867, for the term of 97 years, expiring 29 September 1964, with a yearly rent of £2. Contains the details of the lease, and a plan and elevation of the property. 2nd agreement with G J Bettinson of 16 March 1866 is written on the front of the lease in red.
