Draft lease, from the Provost and College of Eton to William Henry Fry, who is the nominee of Mr J.G. Bettinson, of a messuage on the East side of Winchester Road, Hampstead, in the County of Middlesex, being the 6th house northwards from Adelaide Road. Lease commences on 29 September 1867, and lasts for 97 years, expiring 29 September 1964, with a rent of £12 per annum. Contains other details of lease, and plan and elevation of messuage. Note on front states '3rd agreement with J.G. Bettinson of 14 March 1867.'
