Counterpart lease of the Eton and Middlesex Cricket Ground, on the north side of Primrose Hill, in the Parish of St John Hampstead, in the County of Middlesex, from the Provost and College of Eton to Charles Gordon. The lease is to commence Michaelmas 1866 for 14 years, expring Michaelams 1880, with a yearly rent of £105 for the first 10 years, and a yearly rent of £155 for the remaining years. Contains the details of the lease, and a plan of the land. Signed, sealed and delivered, with witnesses.
