Draft lease of a coachhouse and stable on the west side of Winchester Mews, St John Hampstead, in the county of Middlesex, being the 8th house north from the south end of Mews, from the Provost and College of Eton to James Rush. The lease commences on 29 September 1872, for the term of 92 years, expiring 29 September 1964, with a yearly rent of £4. Contains the details of the lease, and a plan and elevation of the property. Handwritten note at the back of the lease states that a lease and counterpart are engrossed and a copy has been made on 19 March 1873.
