Draft lease of a messuage on the north side of Oppidans Road, in the Parish of St John Hampstead, in the county of Middlesex, being the seventh house east from Primrose Hill Road, from the Provost and College of Eton to Joshua Powell. The lease commences on 29 September 1872, for the term of 92 years, expiring 29 September 1964, with a yearly rent of £9.9.0. Contains the details of the lease, and a plan and elevation of the property. Handwritten note at back of lease states that a lease are engrossed and a copy has been made on 15 March 1873.
