Draft lease of a messuage on the south side of King Henry's Road, in the parish of St John Hampstead, in the county of Middlesex, being the 11th house east from Merton Road, from the Provost and College of Eton to Samuel Cuming. The lease commences on 29 September 1872, for the term of 92 years, expiring 29 September 1964, with a yearly rent of £10. Contains the details of the lease, and a plan and elevation of the property. Handwritten note at back of lease states that a lease and counterpart are engrossed and a copy has been made on 15 March 1873.
