Draft lease of a messuage in Oppidans Road (north side), in the parish of Saint John Hampstead, in the county of Middlesex, being the 10th house east from Primrose Hill Road, from the Provost and College of Eton to Thomas Welbourn and Frederick Burkwood Welbourn. The lease commences on 29 September 1873, for the term of 91 years, expiring 29 September 1964, with a yearly rent of £2. Contains the details of the lease, and a plan and elevation of the property. Handwritten note at back of lease states that the lease and counterpart have been engrossed and a copy has been made on 1 December 1873.
